TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHOPPING WITH ENCHANTED IVY
In shopping with Enchanted Ivy’s website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Enchanted Ivy’s relationship with you as a customer of this website.

PRICING and PURCHASING
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling do not include delivery charges (which are added at the checkout stage) and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

All prices are as accurate as possible, and we make every effort to ensure that there are no mistakes, if we do find any inaccuracies on the site Enchanted Ivy reserves the right to amend these errors to the correct prices without prior warning or notice.

To place an order simply select the products you wish to purchase by clicking on the Add to Cart button. Once this task has been completed please proceed to our secure checkout page.

On receipt of your order we will send you an automated email confirming your order number & summary of your order.

If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact enchantedivygifts@gmail.com, please note before doing this always do check your junk mail folder as some providers may have blocked our email entering your inbox – to avoid this happening again please mark our message as safe. At this time we ask that you check the details on this email and let us know if anything is incorrect so we can make the appropriate changes before your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY and DISPATCH
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible but we guarantee within 2 working days (working days do not include weekends).

At Enchanted Ivy we are doing our bit to help the environment, by utilising and recycling packaging. This means that your goods may not always be contained in a brand new box, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for reuse. We take pride in ensuring that you will be delighted from the moment you open the box.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address stated for delivery when you place you order. It is important that this address is accurate.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail recorded delivery so a signature is required. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we use Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements (eg. “Please leave parcel in the greenhouse”). Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any of our other designated carrier companies caused by Industrial Action or severe weather conditions.

In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and N. Ireland and 28 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and the Rest of the World - at only that point can the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently reclaim loss.

Goods will be delivered solely to the address specified on your order form, ideally an address where someone will be able to receive the parcel; subsequent redirections or re-deliveries are chargeable.

If you are unavailable to accept delivery and a card stating the attempted delivery is left at the address, please collect the parcel from the relevant local depot as soon as you can; if after 1 week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its redelivery, which will be chargeable.

International
Where we can, Enchanted Ivy endeavour to deliver to anywhere in the world, however, there will be an additional charge for International deliveries determined by weight. We request that our international customers (including parts of the British Isles, Southern Ireland, Europe, America and Worldwide) email us at enchantedivygifts@gmail.com to receive a delivery quotation.

RETURNS
We hope that you are thoroughly enchanted with your purchase however there may be occasions when you wish to return items. Please ensure that you have taken the time to read our terms and conditions, by placing an order you are stating that you have read and understood them.

Cancel or Return Purchases
Under distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing your order. Please do this by email to enchantedivygifts@gmail.com

If the product has already been dispatched to you and you wish to return it, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the exact same condition which they were dispatched to you in, within 7 days of the delivery date or you will not be eligible for a refund. Return to: Victoria Rea T/A Enchanted Ivy, Hobgarth, Hillside, Rothbury, NE65 7PT As well as returning the goods in absolutely perfect condition please enclose your sales receipt

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation please note that postage & packaging costs are not refundable and any costs which you incur for returning the goods are at your own expense. 

You will receive your refund (excluding postage & packaging costs) or replacement within 7 days of us receiving the goods back. Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment.

DAMAGED or FAULTY GOODS
We take upmost care in ensuring that items are well packaged when they are dispatched in order to prevent damage in transit. In the unlikely & unhappy event of goods reaching you damaged or faulty then please contact us by email enchantedivygifts@gmail.com and advise us within 48 hours. Please repack the goods appropriately & return them to us as proof of damage to: Victoria Rea T/A Enchanted Ivy, Hobgarth, Hillside, Rothbury, NE65 7PT


On receipt of the goods we will dispatch a replacement or refund & arrange a refund of postage costs for the return of the damaged items to us. Failure to return the goods to us may result in our refusal to replace item or issue a refund.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Every care has been taken to ensure that the images and descriptions of products on our website are as accurate as possible and give a fair reflection of the product for sale. We do all that we can to ensure that all information such as dimensions and specifications, is correct. Sometimes it is possible that there may be errors. Enchanted Ivy will correct all such errors as soon as it can after we become aware of them, but we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by errors.
While we take great care with our photography exact colour matches to photographs cannot be guaranteed.

Please be aware that vintage items by their very nature may not be in perfect condition. We will always state clearly any imperfections in the product descriptions.
