Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY and DISPATCH

Please Note: Our website will only accept orders for delivery within the UK. If you are interested in buying from outside of the UK, please contact us for the delivery cost enchantedivygifts@gmail.com

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible but we guarantee within 2 working days (working days do not include weekends).

Our UK postage rate is £4.95. Items are dispatched using either Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery or UK Mail's www.ipostparcels.com signed for service, to the address stated for delivery when you place you order. It is important that this address is accurate. A signature will be required.

For guaranteed next day delivery we charge £6.95. Please order before 1pm. 

We are unable to take specific delivery details for either of our couriers and therefore we cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements (eg. “Please leave parcel in the greenhouse”).

Goods will be delivered solely to the address specified on your order form, ideally an address where someone will be able to receive the parcel; subsequent redirection or re-deliveries arranged by us are chargeable. If a card is left stating the courier attempted delivery, please collect the parcel from the relevant local depot as soon as you can; if after one week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its re-delivery, which will be chargeable.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, UK Mail or any of our other designated carrier companies caused by Industrial Action or severe weather conditions.

In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and N. Ireland and 28 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and the Rest of the World - at only that point can Royal Mail officially declare the parcel as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently reclaim loss.

At Enchanted Ivy Gifts we are doing our bit to help the environment, by re-using and recycling packaging. This means that your goods may not always be contained in a brand new box, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for reuse. We take pride in ensuring that you will be delighted from the moment you open the box.


International
Enchanted Ivy Gifts endeavors to deliver to anywhere in the world, however, there will be an additional charge determined by weight and size. We request that our international customers (including parts of the British Isles, Eire, Europe, America and Worldwide) email us at enchantedivygifts@gmail.com to receive a delivery quotation.

 

RETURNS
We hope that you are thoroughly enchanted with your purchase however there may be occasions when you wish to return items. Please ensure that you have taken the time to read our terms and conditions, by placing an order you are stating that you have read and understood them.

Cancel or Return Purchases

Under distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing your order. Please do this by email to enchantedivygifts@gmail.com.

If the product has already been delivered to you and you wish to return it, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the exact same condition which they were dispatched to you in, within 7 days of the delivery date or you will not be eligible for a refund.

As well as returning the goods in absolutely perfect condition please enclose your sales receipt

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation please note that postage & packaging costs are not refundable and any costs which you incur for returning the goods are at your own expense.

You will receive your refund (excluding postage & packaging costs) or replacement within 7 days of us receiving the goods back. Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment.

DAMAGED or FAULTY GOODS
We take utmost care in ensuring that items are well packaged when they are dispatched in order to prevent damage in transit. In the unlikely & unhappy event of goods reaching you damaged or faulty then please contact us by email enchantedivygifts@gmail.com and advise us within 48 hours. Please repack the goods appropriately & return them to us as proof of damage to:

On receipt of the goods we will dispatch a replacement or refund & arrange a refund of postage costs for the return of the damaged items to us. Failure to return the goods to us may result in our refusal to replace item or issue a refund.
