The much-loved Nutcracker ballet is being celebrated in all its glory this Christmas. This resin and fabric Nutcracker ballerina wearing a blue skirt with red net underskirt holds her arms in the fourth position and her toes en-pointe. 

The Nutcracker is a ballet originally adapted from E.T.A. Hoffmann’s story The Nutcracker follows the adventures of a girl called Clara, who finds her Christmas presents from under the tree come to life before her eyes and help her in her battle against the Mouse King. The original ballet was accompanied by a beautiful score written by Tchaikovsky. Gisela Graham’s Nutcracker collection was designed alongside Maria-Cristina LoCascio and features unique and intricately designed Nutcracker Christmas decorations to hang on your tree.

From small beginnings 30 years ago Gisela Graham has built up one of Europe’s leading giftware design companies. She has made her name crafting beautiful decorations for Christmas, she also uses her creative flair to designing useful, pretty things for the home and garden. Gisela is personally in charge of a talented in-house team of designers at the converted stable-yard that serves as her London office. She’s involved in the design and selection of every one of the 4,500 products in her range and sells to shops worldwide.

Dispatch and Delivery

Please Note: Our website will only accept orders for delivery within the UK. If you are interested in buying from outside of the UK, please email us at for delivery costs.

Our standard UK postage rate is £4.95. A signature will be required upon delivery. 

For guaranteed special delivery £7.95.  

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible but we guarantee within 3 working days (working days do not include weekends).

Items are dispatched using either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for delivery service or Parcel Force signed for service, to the address stated for delivery when you place you order. It is important that this address is accurate. A signature will be required.


At Enchanted Ivy Gifts we are doing our bit to help the environment, by re-using and recycling packaging. There is so much clean and fit for purpose packaging available that we may send your order to you in a box which has been used before, this may mean that your order comes to you in a wine box or the box from a child's toy, but we are more than satisfied that it is clean and fit for reuse. We take pride in ensuring that your item reaches you in one piece and we are sure that you will be delighted from the moment you hold your item in your hand.

International Delivery 

Enchanted Ivy Gifts will endeavors to dispatch to anywhere in the world. Please contact us at for delivery costs. If costs are acceptable to you we will then send an invoice for payment, we will do this via Paypal.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should be aware that cross-border shipments can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If you have any questions regarding customs we advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Return Purchases

Under distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing your order. Please do this by email to If your item has NOT been dispatched will arrange a full refund as soon as possible.

If the product has been delivered to you and for any reason you wish to return it, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the original packaging in the exact same condition which they were dispatched to you in, within 7 days of the delivery date. You must inform us of your intent to return by emailing us at We recommend you use Royal Mail's 2nd class signed for service but return postage costs are entirely at your own expense. Please ensure you package the item appropriately as we will not be liable for any damages in transit, and a refund will not be issued if items are damaged upon return. Please note that we will not refund the original postage costs on returned items.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation please note that postage & packaging costs are not refundable and any costs which you incur for returning the goods are at your own expense.

You will receive your refund (excluding original postage costs) or replacement within 7 days of us receiving the goods back. Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment.


We take utmost care in ensuring that items are well packaged when they are dispatched in order to prevent damage in transit.

In the unlikely & unhappy event of your goods reaching you damaged please inform within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by email at we would be grateful if you could provide us with proof of the damage with photos of the relevant item, and the packaging which you received it in.

On receipt of the photos we will contact you to arrange either a refund or replacement.
